Dear Friends,
As many of
you know, I have been recovering from shoulder surgery for the last 6 months and
have had a series of many difficult setbacks.
Unfortunately,
I am finding it increasingly difficult to devote my time to both the Florida
Wellness Network, Wellness Wednesday events and also to the many hours of rehabilitation that are required weekly at the same
time. It is worrying to me, as a
professional who has always put their clients first, that I cannot give 100% of
my time and energy to them, while also going through this lengthy healing
process.
As such and
following my healthcare providers advice, I will be taking a sabbatical from the Florida Wellness Network &
Wellness Wednesday Events to ensure I can heal properly by regaining full
mobility and functionality in my arm, and ultimately recuperating my health and
strength back to 100 percent so I can once again focus entirely on my business commitments
in the future.
This has
been an incredibly difficult decision. There has been nothing I’ve enjoyed more
than bringing FREE Wellness Wednesday events to the SW Florida area these past
5 years, but there comes a time when one must come to the realization that they
must put themselves and their own health first.
I have spent the last five years encouraging the community to do exactly
that, and must now set the ultimate example and actually practice what I have
been preaching. I appreciate all of the incredible support I have received from so many people and I am so proud to be a part of this community. I can't tell you what it has meant to me personally as well as professionally to be a part of such a special group of individuals who form this amazing network.
I am hoping
to heal quickly this way and return in a few months with bigger and better
events! Meanwhile, I wish all of my clients, friends and all the many
networking professionals in the area, a VERY HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR!

As of February 2012, The Bridge Networking Group will be presenting Wellness Wednesday events while I recover! I can't think of a better person than Michele Andre to fill my shoes and fulfill my vision of health & wellness networking, as Bridge networking events are my FAVORITE networking events! Wellness Wednesday is a FREE community event held on the 4th Wednesday monthly at different featured venues in Lee County. Meet local individuals with interests in wellness, healthcare and other eco-minded products and services & connect and network with others with similar concerns. Vendors share information about their businesses and attendees share information with each other throughout the event. Connect in a comfortable, inviting environment.
No RSVP is needed and admission is FREE! The general public is welcome and encouraged to attend this event as it is not limited to only businesses.
