Marci, It was great running into you again at the Skinny Pantry this past Saturday. I am writing you today to give you a praise report. I went to a Wellness Wednesday event that was held at Curves in the Cape. This was about 2 ½ years ago. I am a massage therapist and was thrilled when I had won a free one hour massage from Cece Simon with Massage Therapy Center.
Since then she and I have been regularly exchanging massages. She has been a professional mentor and friend to me. And I have been blessed to be a part of the Bootstrap Homeless Ministry that she and her husband, Joe, began. I offer complimentary massage services two Mondays a month to the attendees. Although, there are heart wrenching stories, there are many success stories that I have witnessed including jobs and homes found, sobriety, reconciled relationships…
So, thank you for your dedicated work. You never know who you may meet and what can be accomplished at a well run event like Wellness Wednesday.

What a great Wellness Wednesday at the Good2Go Health Take Out venue this month. I would have NEVER found that place on my own and now so glad I know about it! My mom has diabetes and refused to eat healthy, she is just not wanting to cook for herself and it is easier to do a drive thru…..that night after I learned about all they had to offer I bought a week’s worth of meals for my mom and delivered them to her the next day. Nutritious, filling and more than cost affordable! Thank you Wellness Wednesday for this new “find”.
As a business owner, I go to this event now every month because I want to see the latest and greatest in the area BESIDES handing out information on SWFL Naturally. A monthly networking event geared to LOCAL, WELLNESS and business couldn’t not be more of a perfect fit. I can honestly say that since I started with this group earlier this month there has not been a month that I have not met someone who I could either promote or pass the information onto a friend or family member who could be a client of theirs. I am a disseminator of information, a networker of my own in a target specific area: all-natural, eco-friendly, sustainable products and services and most definitely find this event must in my monthly routine.

Wellness Wednesday’s are always great events. I always meet new people and have gotten several new customers from my participation in these events. Wellness Wednesday provides a fun atmosphere to promote your business as well as a chance to meet other business owners and find out how we can help to promote their businesses too. I have been able to create some really great strategic alliances that have helped me to provide more services to my clients just because of people I have met who have participated. The events are also a great way to showcase your business by hosting a Wellness Wednesday in your store.
