Our coupon page is a perfect way to not just offer that incentive, but also to drive more traffic to Online AND Offline to your business. The Florida Wellness Network is now in our 4th year of presenting our Wellness Wednesday flagship event at different venues throughout Lee County. Our mission is to bring people together with similar interests in health and wellness in a comfortable, inviting environment where they can meet local, health & wellness professionals. The event is always free and open to the community.

What we've created is a unique mixture of businesses and consumers sharing and caring together within the local community. A local venue is selected each month to host the event in order to showcase a variety of businesses in the Southwest Florida community. Venues are often chosen to take the "mystery" out of a certain industry and highlight a local business owner who provides that service to the community.

Average attendance at a Wellness Wednesday mixer is between 85 -100+ attendees.  The Florida Wellness Network limits the number of showcase vendors at each event to a maximum of 14 vendors. While there are exclusive categories, we do not have duplicates at events to maintain variety for our attendees at each event.

As a FWN Advertiser there are many benefits if you wish to participate with Wellness Wednesday events and promotional opportunities.

Advertiser Only Opportunities:

EMAIL INVITE SPONSOR SPOTS: Aside from our email and social networking campaigns to promote Wellness Wednesday, a monthly event invitation is distributed at numerous local networking events and social functions prior to each event. Additionally, the invitation is also available in pdf format on the FWN website and blog and social media pages. The host venue is encouraged to email it to their contact list as are all showcase vendors, exponentially increasing its viral potential. There are 5 available logo placement spots available. (6 in total. 1 will always belong to the event sponsor).

$385.00 annually ($35.00/per spot)

EVENT BAG INSERTS: Whether you are a showcase vendor at a monthly Wellness Wednesday event or are unable to attend, you can still have a presence at each event. Your marketing materials have the potential to reach every prospect who passes through the event even if they don't stop to meet each showcase booth.

When they arrive they will be handed a eco-friendly bag, made from recycled paper or plastic and printed with bio-degradable, earth friendly inks, with branded with the FWN & Wellness Wednesday logo. Each bag will be pre-stuffed with selected advertisers marketing materials who have opted in to the program. Attendees will take the bags around with them and collect information from the vendors they visit at the event, but inevitably they might miss some, and they usually meet people who they will exchange materials while networking individually. The pre-stuffed bag assures your materials will go home with your materials, coupons, and perhaps a giveaway or promotional item.

The only criteria is the marketing material must be delivered to the publisher within 10 working days before a scheduled event. No exceptions and no refunds will be given for missed deadlines.

NON WELLNESS WEDNESDAY EVENT BAG INSERTS: Similar concept, only bags are taken to other local networking and social events and handed out on behalf of our advertisers as a value added service for extra exposure for our advertisers. If you can't be there, we are there as your personal representative in front of many influential people on a regular basis. As a rule, people do not like to hold things and find it awkward to  hold items at networking events. Our quality bags will be branded with our logo and people notice our brand and will begin to associate your brand with us which only further drives more traffic to our site, and subsequently, yours!

Once again, the only criteria is the marketing material must be delivered to the publisher within 10 working days before a scheduled event. No exceptions and no refunds will be given for missed deadlines.

Only $25 a month (annual contract through December 31, 2011)

All advertising must be paid in full before uploading of content. Camera ready artwork and/or design direction for in-house ad submission must be submitted within 10 days of advertising purchase.
